Juliana Skolimovski lectured on 11th IFA Frankfurt

On March 27th, our Tax Partner Juliana Skolimovski lectured on the 11th Frankfurt International Tax Forum, organized by IFA Deutschland (German Branch of International Fiscal Association), and held in Frankfurt, Germany. The event gathered representatives from German Tax Authorities and the German Federal Fiscal Court, as well as professors from the Universities of Heidelberg and Postdam and Dr. Pia Dorfmuller, Tax Partner from Dentons Office in Germany.

Juliana had the opportunity to present the recent developments in the current Brazilian tax landscape, highlighting the tax reform, the partial adoption of Pillar 2 and the recently signed Double Taxation Treaties. She also engaged in a deep discussion on international taxation, particularly regarding practices and tendencies related to transfer pricing and the new UN Model Convention proposal compared with OECD Model.
